Seasoning it as we speak! Using mesquite I had. First time with an electric smoker, maybe 3rd time smoking ever. Looking forward to using it, glad to have bought American made. Going to try St. Louis ribs first. Psyched!

I've had mine 5 years and I love it. I packed four 8# butts in it Fri. night, slept all night and took them out Sat P.M. I fed 40 people at my son's b-day party and they all bragged on the meat and ate seconds. Get ready to feed all your neighbors!!
