2000# First Cook

The FE arrived a little banged up from poor packing but ready to cook. So did a real 2000# ton of meat for a charity event to benefit the homeless in Seattle. Some of the shoulder clods were so big there was only space for one per shelf. I ran it day and night for a week without a single hickup.

I'm happy and will probably be buying another real soon

It was a plain old fashoined grind, not fun. But it was for a good cause and I learned a lot.
