Been kinda quiet here, so I thought I would pose this question. The new contest season is quickly approaching. When will we start to see some FEC's cooking again and where?
I will be in south TX in about 9 days to start my season.
As per the norm, the northeast will be sporting mainly FECs, Backwoods, and Jambos. Very few offsets up here - season here really gets started in May though.
Hello Butcher, our comp season starts April 4th but our catering tour has been running since the first of the year. We've been to Atlanta already and in 2 weeks head your way to Dallas, Houston then Baton Rouge. Maybe we will end up seeing you in Bentonville at the end of the year if we do well, good luck to you and all FEC cooks across the country!!!!!
