Do you mean 250/180? I cook babyback ribs in my AmeriQue at 250* for 2 hours, then turn it down to 180* for 3 hours. Since you did not describe anything else, what you are cooking etc. it is hard to respond to the question!

Smokin... have you ever tried Don Julio 1942 Anjeho? $14.25 a shot at my local watering hole. I brought them a brisquit that I smoked and they gave me free shots all day. They made shredded beef Chimichangas(sp?)and thought they all went to heaven when they feasted on it.

Yup, pretty much any Anjeo Style Tequila...good stuff. Got a gift once, Jose Familia Reserve, $100 a bottle. You should of seen my face when I caught the kids taking shots. Better to sip.
