What? You have to be on facebook to get a special deal?

Like I said, I know a lot of people on here aren't on Facebook...

But, I don't know if it was a special marketing campaign for Facebook. So in case it wasn't, anyone not on Facebook can also partake. If it was, Russ can delete it.

Hey everyone, thank you for your input on the special for Facebook. It actually was a campaign to get more interaction with our customers who do use Facebook and maybe not the Forum. I promise in the future there will be Forum specials too!

Thanks for clarifying that Becky, but trying not to sound too harsh, you have to understand some of our concerns on the forum. When Donna was around she would make a concerted effort to keep all the CS family that uses the forum updated...ie, when CS was discontinuing some models we were given the HEADS UP.

It seems that over the last year we haven't even been informed when CS was introducing a model FEC120 or the PG500, heck if it wasn't for ourselves helping each other out, we still wouldn't have a clue.

Sorry for the rambling, besides missing Donna, it just must be the stressful time of the year showing....Thanks again, and please don't forget about us on the forum.

I understand your concerns and I am not one for excuses, but it has been really hectic getting a new website up and going over the past 4 months...I will do my best to try to keep a better presence on the Forum and let you know about upcoming events, specials, products, etc.
