after 3 months amerique being returned

Been having issues with correct cook time, moisture in the control board, probe not reading, replacing control board, ect. Spoke with cookshack today and they were very polite and understanding and will be sending out new amerique asap. I just hope i dont go through this again.I'm a little disappointed but there making good on there product and thats what i appreciate.

It is frustrating, but I think Cookshack will do about whatever it takes to make and keep you happy. Hang in there

I also had an issue with my new SM045. I was told that they have some new hires making their smokers. At least they try to make things right.
