I had the dreaded "SERVICE" message appear on the control panel the other day. Called Bill and he sent me another controller. I installed it and BAM, the service light came on again. ( The outside temperature was 19º). I'll call Bill Monday morning and I have no concerns that it won't be taken care of by Cookshack. My question is,, has anyone had to have more than one controller replaced before the "service" light issue was resolved?

Had the service light come on on my Amerique. I called tech and they said to check the connections first and call back if I still had a problem. I checked the connections and they were OK. I started it back up and no service light. After a couple of cooks now, the service light has not come back on.
