Cookshack has a great deal of pros,but many are so busy trying to earn a living that they don't get around to monitoring the forum.

I'd give sales a call and ask them for a print of who is in your area.Tell them why you want to have the info.

You could probably hook up with some of them.

I did that a few years ago and was amazed how many there were.
