Find a restaurant supply in your area. I used "fry mitts" made for working with deep fat fryers. They're expensive about $35 a pair, but they'll last forever.

I've heard others talk about some others types also, sure they'll jump in and tell us about them. There was a post just a few days ago.
I just started using "ove-gloves" and I think they're great. They are available at Wally World, Target, and according to Tom, at Sam's. They are a regular five fingered glove made out of Nomex & Kevlar and are rated to 480 degrees. They're as comfortable as a wool glove but like a regular oven mit they are not waterproof. I like them because you can get a firm grip on whatever you're handling. Read the small print on the box that they come in....there's only one glove in a box.

Welder's Gloves. I just received my CS, but have been smoking and grilling for years. Welder's gloves are well insulated and the long cuffs protect your forearms when you reach into the smoker. They're readily available at Lowe's, Menards, Home Depot. I use them to handle and reposition meat cuts during cooking. When they get too gunky, they're not expensive to replace.
