beef short ribs

I just got a good deal on some choice beef short ribs and am now wondering if any of you out there have a good way to cook em up? I would appreciate any ideas.

I lived off of short ribs , when I went to "Will Rogers Aeronautical Academy in OKC" they used them as soup bones and they were cheap, But Its a favorite cut of meat for Koreans They filet them & Grill them with a Soy sauce Base marinade by the time we left 6 months later the price had doubled. Find a Korean restaurant and ask for Bul kal-be pronounced (Bull Cal BEE)
