Hey Tom, thats what I exactly did. Not only did he pull a great one out of the back and cut it all to 1", but, he also suggested a few 3 down BB Ribs. Kind enough to explain the 2 down they also sell at the same price. Also told me their butts cannot be beat, whic I already know and just ask for him if I ever have any questions.
BTW, grilled some beef tenderloins today, and they were great. Thanks Sams!
