Got a brisket in the Amerique for a Christmas party we are attending tonight. Just sitting here thinking about how my cookshack is the best thing I've ever purchased. Had a hard time shellin out the dough for it --heck it was more than the wifes new oven but its gotten 10 times the use as her oven in the last 10 months than her oven in 10 years. Merry Christmas to all of you and hope you have a wonderful time with your family and friends. Also want to thank Cookshack, Smokin and all the rest of the gurus on this forum for sharing all thier knowledge. I hope to someday have enough experience to contribute. As for now I'm soaking it all in,eating good and getting fat.
