Best Method for Holding PB & Ribs

Just installed a new 160. Great Box.. Curious the differnt methods everyone is holding their PB & Ribs after smoking. PLan on smoking overnight and serving during the day for lunch and dinner. Then smoking ribs and chicken as needed.

I have held PB double wrapped in foil and towels in a cooler for 7 hours and the internal temp was still 145⁰ when I took them out and shredded them
