BIG cookin' job...need some help

School's just around the bend here in KC as with most other areas. To help out the PTA, I have been volunteered to cook for a PTA 'Fun Night' event for our students. All I have to do if cook some hamburgers and hotdogs...for 1400 people!

Love my FEC-100, but I think this may be a bit out of reach for only one. Anyone have any suggestions on the best type of cooking device for this big a job? I've looked at the 'Big John' 3'X5' charcoal grills but would rather not dump $700 on a grill just because I'm a nice guy.

Mull this one over...I'd be happy to hear all the comments (even the smart a$&ed ones)

Check with local rental outfits as well as wedding tent/catering suppliers for a gas/ charcoal fired grill...the kind that some fire departments use for annual chicken/burger/hot dog fundraisers. They're usually about 2' wide and 6' long.
