Just got back from two days of eating, sleeping BBQ. Fast Eddy and David Butcher put on a great class. 26 people from around the world(I kid you not)trimmed briskets, prepped spares, BB and chickens, then proceeded to serve 200 people on closing night.
Bonus tour of Head Country Sauces and Rubs.
The Cookshack family really went all out and just reenforces our decision to use their products in our restaurant. THANKS!!!!!!!!
