Really going to depend on your health dept. Ask them what they required.

Most want them NSF and UL listed.

Look on the front of yours. I'm not sure, but I don't think the 50 is NSF listed, nor UL. If it is, it will have the logos on the front.

The restaurant lines are NSF/UL listed.

The 55 is UL listed according to the CS site, but it makes no mention of NSF.
