Hi Fellow Q'ers,

I can't wait until my Am Q arrives tomorrow. I can't believe I'm this exited over a smoker and smoking (novice of corse). I'm studying tons of reciepes every day. I want to smoke a but and maybe some ribs for F day. Hope eveything arrives straight and dent free. I bought it from the Charcoal store and they repackage it for the dredfull UPS ride (poor smoker). Any way will keep everyone posted.

Can't wait to hear about your first smoke. My AQ was delivered freight. I didn't think UPS handled such large packages. You will have time to season it and smoke a butt before FD!

I didn't smoke anything last week and my wife wondered what was wrong with me. I'll make up for it this weekend
