Pigman, I have an off-topic question:
As I recall, several years ago Larry Forgione bought a hotel-restaurant in Rhinebeck...or thereabouts. Was wondering if he's still there, and if so, how he's doing. He was at the Culinary Institute back in '74-'75 when I attended. Just curious.

Top Chef, Yea I know Larry, He was leasing the restaurantin the Beekman Arms the oldest hotel in America from Chuck LaForge in Rhinebeck NY. He gave it up about two years ago and went back to NYC to run his other restaurant, have'nt seen him since.
