I am new to this forum but have been reading posts for awhile. I am planning on purchasing an Amerique Smoker before next summer by using rebate $ from my Cabelas credit card. Hope to have enough by next summer to make the purchase. I am very exited about getting the smoker and would like the advice of other users on some accessories to go with the Amerique. I am thinking I might put some of these things on my Christmas list if I get a favorable response from others who use Cookshack. Would the purchase of the flavor infusion reservoir, seafood grill, and rib rack or rib hooks be something that would be worthwhile to put on my Christmas list for this year? I don't have any experience with smoking but am really looking forward to getting started and would appreciate the advice from those with experience. Thanks in advance
