Did my first chuck roll on the FE. It weighed a little over 20 pounds. It went on the pit, partially frozen, at 1:00 PM Saturday at 240* When I woke up today at 9:00 AM, it was at 208*. It was a soft as jello with a good bark and excellent taste, and very juicy. That is just about a pound an hour. This FE is something else.
