No it does not. You cannot use a smoker that produces heat from an electric source. This is true for KCBS, I'm not famiar with other sanctioning rules.
For a backyard, unsanctioned event, it might be ok. For most all of the standard sanctioning bodies, it will not. The issue they have is that it's heat source is electric, not wood.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
