Fast Eddy cooked his first contest of the year at the fourth annual Oklahoma Joe's/Kansas Speedway BBQ contest. There were approximately 106th teams. All he did was get called in three of the four categories and finish with the Reserve Champion award (3rd place overall). Very well done!

P.S. - The new truck and trailer combination was an awesome site when it pulled into the contest area.

I'd say, you be da MAN. I'm still learning from a few mistakes that were made. It's been a long winter getting this rig ready to go but it will be fun to get around and cook and see everyone. I'm looking forward to doing a cooking class this november in Ponca. Hopefully when Stuart gets back from vacation we can firm up a date.

Congrats to you and Sheri on great day!

It was nice meet you Jim. I always like to put a face with a name. Maybe we'll get out to the PNW.
