Congrats to them on that brisket finish. However, as I understand, it was not cooked on the FE. He posted elsewhere that he is now cooking everything except chicken on a different cooker.

Rodney is right Tom. No problem with the FE I love it. I just wish there was a 12 step program that would stop me from buying cookers, But I just could not pass up the latest one.

Yeah let me know if you find that 12 step program my wife wants to sign me up. But only after I finish with three new pellet cookers I am building....lol
We've never met and I don't really mean to step on any toes, but I have to ask you this question: Why would you post on a pellet cooker manufacturer's website that you are building pellet cookers? Do you plan to keep all three of them for yourself? If so, why didn't you just build a bigger one?
