Just cooked my first batch of spareribs. Two slabs of St. Louis Style spareribs, about 9 lbs total, using 2 oz Hickory for 4 1/2 hours. BBQ restaurant quality ribs first time out! Even my wife, not generally a big fan of ribs, was impressed with how they turned out. Now she wants to know what else I can cook in it Smiler
