Cooking for 60 baseball players

Well. I just tried some of the Oakridge BBQ Santa Maria Steak Seasoning on some tri tip. Sprinkled it on half the tri tip and used my homemade on the other half. Smoked the meat and taste tested. Oakridge has a real Santa Maria winner there. Excellent flavor. They brag about their high end ingredients with good reason. It shows up in the flavor. I'm sure it would be good on all types of beef, but it's great with Tri Tip. I'll order again.

Well tigerfan. You got me motivated. I just ordered 1 lb Santa Maria and 1 lb Secret Weapon Rub (Tom's gotta love this name ).

My wife thinks I'm getting too many internet deliveries. She also thinks I'm taking up too much pantry and cabinet space. Oh well.

Sorry, the server they were located on has been shut down. My brother has moved the files to a dropbox. There shouldn't (hopefully) be any more issues with them.

Some smart guy somewhere should make this spreadsheet into an APP for smartphones. I'd love it. Then give it the ability to email quotes or receipts on your own restaurant letterhead. That'd be wonderful.
