Cookshack 260 in the house

Hello, I was wondering whether I could install a cookshack model 260 in my country house temporarily where the electric oven is? I'm planning a second restaurant but there is absolutely no room in my current restaurant for the unit and I'd like to start doing tests and supplying restaurant #1 well before opening restaurant #2.
