At the Lakeland cook fest there was a dude with a green Cookshack-like unit!

Same construct. A little bitty ice box. Just like Smokettets. (A Dallas Cowboy cheerleader?)

But.............fired with charcoal!

Wish you'd have told me when you were coming and I'd have set a place to meet.

The earlier Smokin'Tex was green and that may be it.

If it was strictly charcoal,it might have been a Backwoods Cooker.

Was it up with the backyard division? Cookshacks are legal there. That is the largest backyard competition in the nation.

Barbara and I judged on Sat. but we were still around all three days.
