Cookshack models, is it worth the huge price difference??

My neighbor is interested in a Cookshack at my recomendation. I already have a gas assisted woodburner that I love. My question is, looking at the model sm055 home smoker and comparing to the model 075 and model 76 commercial models, is it worth the extra 1200 and 1600 dolars for from what I can see is NSF rating and the added electronics? The size/dimensions look the same and would assume they cook the same too, albiet the 055 needing more individual attention which is fine. Any and all opinions apreciated.

Someone at Cookshack can answer those questions. Maybe Smokin should place this one over on the owners forum...Stuart at Cookshack usually addresses these type of questions.
