Hello, I have had my smokette for about 2 months now. I have made several things in it but mostly Port Shoulder. Each time it gets better. I cant say enough how impressed I am with the quality and ease of use of this cooker. I bought the bottom of the line and the least expensive cooker and I can only imagine how good the others are. I only wish I had found out about Cookshack 10 years ago. Keep up the good work.
