Putting a smoker in a truck? That's just crazy talk! Never heard of such a thing.

If a person did such a thing, would they be allowed to rub their meat in public within the confines of the truck as well?

Wonder what the health department would think of this.

I happen to own said truck...in Canada here trucks are subject to health inspections very regularly. Approx 12-20 times a summer. We have no issues prepping meat on truck, however since Eat Street we have been so busy we opened an actual restaurant and im excited to be getting an FEC 500 today!!!!

The 120 has worked spectacularly on the truck and has handled the constant motion very well.

Hey Hogtown,

Enjoyed the episode especially grilled cheese/pork and rootbeer baked beans. Although the sweet slaw on pulled pork is NOT a Carolina style I used to come to Canada but have since retired otherwise I'd love to drop in and try the food.

I have a FEC 500..im smoking a 10 lb. ham right now.....its an unbelievable unit!!! you will love it! luck.
