This message is for all of those people considering purchasing a CookShack or other brand smoker. I wanted to thank Mr. Stuart Powell for the excellent customer service, and there is probably no better place than this public forum.

When I received my Smokette II it appeared to me that there was a problem with it, so I called and spoke with someone at the company. As it turns out, the "problem" was more a misperception or miscommunication than something wrong with the smoker. However, at one point I had also written a letter to the company explaining what had happened and expressing some concerns I had.

I am overwhelmed by the response I received. Mr. Powell called me personally. He not only wanted to make sure that I was satisfied, he wanted to make sure he fully understood what had happened in case there was a problem that needed to be fixed. I do not own a business, nor have I purchased a number of CookShack products, yet I was treated as if I were CookShack�s most important customer.

If you are looking at purchasing a smoker you might find a cheaper price in a �bundle� somewhere. However, you will not be able to find a better product, nor a company more concerned about their products and their customers than CookShack.

I agree completely with all that you wrote. I have had some recent dealings with Stuart and he has gone waaaaay beyond what I would expect from any company. It's truly a pleasure doing business with Cookshack.I'm not even a Cookshack owner (I own a SmokinTex made by Cookshack) and they still help me. Thats class!!!
