FEC 100 & SM150....differences please

Sorry for the totally noob question...differences that I see are:

1. Load capacity
2. Electrical requirements
3 $400 dollars American money

Do they both use pellets?
No gas on either?

Looks like for a mobile kitchen/catering or competition you would choose the FEC100?

the FEC-100 is a pellet cooker. The sm150 is electric and uses wood chunks.

I don't know if this is a question of personal interest,or rhetorical-but the home page,under product gives some pretty good general descriptions.

Cookshack sales would be best suited to answer overall qustions.

Personal needs/uses,personnel,special requirements involved,product,timing,etc could all play into the decision.
