Greetings All,
Thinking of buying an FEC-300, but have heard that they take a long time (up to an hour) to get up to temp - a long time to recover and don't get near the smoke flavor - as say a 500 - due to the fact that there is only one firepot and the fire burns too hot and clean. Any of you have one? What do you think? Do you like it your 300 and the food it produces?
