FEC strikes again

Bill Congrats on the Pork. Maybe this will be the start of a great year.

You've done well in chicken in the past. If you do well in Pork will you now be called "Bill and the Dixie Porkers?"

Thanks Russ. Actually the new year started Jan. 1 with our GC in Felda, FL. One of the cool things about living in Florida is there is no season. We cook all year. I think this was our 5th contest this year.

Sorry to hear that. Viera is a go for us. Just got a call from the trucking co. that my new cooker will be delivered Mon. I just reconfigured the trailer. 2 FEC's, 4x2 stainless table, 5 coolers, 100 feet of hose, 1 cambro, 60lbs of pellets, 60ft of 30 amp & 100ft. 15amp extension cords, and some other stuff. No much until you consider it's a 5x8 single Axel. Had to make it fit cause Nina would not go for a larger trailer. See you on the coast.

That's nice of you to offer,but it was you guys that gave me tips on how to cook pork. As far as running right, I bought one just like I had. At my age it's not good to start with anything that has a learning curve.lol See you in Viera.
