Yea I did lots of posts for beginners like myself so they would be more likely to see them. That way I could tell exactly what I did to help people. I have been trying to cook ribs for years with no luck and know how frustrating it can be. (:>

All i can say is that was the same with me i never had the patients to BBq ribs since i always host my parties, it seem useless if i can’t keep company with my guests rather than babysit ribs, but now with my New shinny FEC100, all i can say is load it and leave it i never open the door to look at them till it’s done like ole smokie says it’s done when it’s done and all i can say is this unit produces the best ribs ever I’m cooking a pork butt this weekend and can’t wait to see the results.... Thanks to this forum and many other forum out there, they steered me straight to buy one of the Best Smokers out there, for guy like me to produce mouth watering folks..

The key thing on ribs is to know what kind and how much they weigh.

2 and down BB will cook different than 3lb loin backs will cook different than 4 lb St. Louis or 5lb Full Spares.
