She finally arrived! I've been craving a SM160 for some time now and finally pulled the trigger. I seasoned her for about 4 hours and immediately started with two shoulders, a pork brisket and some pork sirloin. Just about done and then a brisket gets the smoke sauna until about 8 tomorrow morning. I moved up from a Bradley and can't believe how marvelous this machine is.
