Spares are my rib of preference but someone convinced me to give baby backs a try. 3 racks on the AQ now rubbed up with Bad Byron's. Smoker set to 230 with a little hickory and cherry mix. Racks were about 3 lb each. Will be checking them at the 3 hr mark but expecting them to take longer. Planning on saucing them lightly then putting them back in for 30 mins at the end.
