Just completed the first, of many I hope, cooking's with my SM008 CS. Cooked an 8 lbs pork butt begining at 8:30 PM last night and just now took it out of the smoker 4 PM today. Never consider that it would take that amount of time to smoke is this typical? Looked and smelled great letting it rest as I post this message. Looking forward to learning how to smoke and have fun.
