Did pastrami for the first time from a corned beef brisket. For only being 4.5 pounds, I was surprised that it took 11.5 hours, but in the end it was great. I would recommend any pastrami lovers that own a Smokette or any other Cookshack smoker to give it a shot some time. It is very simple and comes out great.
