Looking for a good fly trap that works for use in our kitchen.

Is your kitchen enclosed? A trailer, or a building?
We haven't had a fly problem yet, but am interested in this also.
I hate to see fly traps in view when I order food from a trailer, so am hoping we won't have to do this.

Kitchen is in a 100 year old barn.
I use one of the blue light/glue board traps. It definately made a big difference last summer. I'm thinking of adding one more this year for even more coverage. I bought mine from our exterminator, but I think you can order them online for much less than I paid.
If you use a light trap, try to put it a distance away from the barn entrance. The light attracts the insects. The glue traps are just something the bugs stick to, I'd still want them away from the food if possible. Can you screen? Maybe set up a double door if the bugs are bad?
