This forum is out of my range,but I am hoping for some kind of answer from you guys that seem to be pro's in my book.What is cure seasoning?It is used in jerky preperation along with seasoning mix for the American Harvest dehydrater line.I love that type of jerky using ground chuck formed into strips or tubes(like slim jims)You use 1 pkg of cure and 1 pkg of seasoning per pound of ground chuck and it always turns out perfect jerky strips or tube type jerky.Thank you all for any replys on this matter,wcrider153@comcast.net (billyq)
