Ok, I finally worked out a deal with the wife.
It took some sacrifice on my part but the deal is struck. I just wish I didn't have to wait for the replacement credit card to come in so I could go ahead and place my order for my SM025.

Mainly just have to sell a few of my things (drum set, guitar, etc..). But I wasn't really using them anyway. I'll get way more use out of the new smoker.

UPS site shows 2 days transit time.

Yep, it's in the freezer. Gonna pull it to start thawing tomorrow. Also have a whole hen and a pork loin for my next few smokes.

If you haven't shipped yet,you might want to order a case of CS sauce,and at least a large container of Brisket Rub.

You'll end up getting them anyway,and this will save a bunch of shipping costs.

Well, UPS doesn't deliver on Saturday so you're probably right that it'll be Monday. But, OK to TX isn't that far... Maybe a Friday delivery if you're lucky.

Either way, you and the boss will be happy.

Yeah, I showed my bud the smoker I ordered and he couldn't believe I paid almost a $1,000 for a smoker. We'll see if he changes his thinking after trying what it puts out.
