We are purchasing a couple of Cookshack Smokers for our new restaurant, which will hopefully be opening end of August. Tom Heiser from Remagen in Eaton, OH invited us down for a tasting of some great Q, along with a few sides. We had the chance to see alot of great equipment along with eating some very good Chicken, Brisket and Ribs. If you have the need, it's pretty cool hanging out with Cookshack "people".
