Hanging Brisket Question

Paul is shown holding what looks like a brisket on a bacon hook

Any one try this method for brisket. Ribs seem to do better when hanging why not a brisket?

There are several brands of smokers out there that require you to hang, like the Willingham model.

I don't hang anything, except sausage or jerky and convicts.

But you know, we're always up for someone running a new test and telling us how it went

Hang convicts!!!!
Don't do that SmokinOkie or you will get me laid off before my startup money for a Trailer-Tech custom 8 x 18 foot trailer and an sm150 and fe100 goes thru!!!!!
