Happy Thanksgiving to you all. Without this forum it would take years to produce the product I can produce after only a year and a half of CS ownership and use.

My first cook here in our new home for our new neighbors was loinbacks. I cooked what I thought was more than enough for the number of people invited and only had three ribs left over. Everyone was reaching for "just one more"...

Hope everyone has a great day with the Family.

We're taking today to volunteer at the local soup kitchen (nope, not smoking Turkeys) and we'll be doing Turkey Day this weekend when my grandson shows.
