Replies sorted oldest to newest

Go to the first page after you sign in and go to the sections leading to the 101's (ie Pork Butt 101, Turkey 101, Brining 101). Each of these will be great for getting you started on those items you want to cook. Then read inside each forum (Beef, Poultry, Ribs, etc) to get a lot more information.
