I hope everybody is doing well! Had some busy life type stuff as well as not so fun family things get me side tracked.

But MAN!!! Made a pork butt last night and things all fall into place when the cookshack works its magic!

BTW, I was really really bad and left the poor thing to the elements under my deck on the pavement. Lemme tell ya. A steamy wet summer made for a playground for things I don't wanna cook on in there!! My shame fired me up and I spent 4 hours cleanng her up and she was perfect for cooking the next day!

Good to see ya back and kickin'.
Same things have hapeened to me in the past.

I've learned to keep a split bag of charcoal based cat litter in there for our constanr heat and saltwater storms.
