I am curious as to what the pro's have on their menu's here in this section, more specifically for the trailer concession folks.
Seems like it would be somewhat regional. For example, Florida is more of a pork state, but Jack (PrisonChef) appears to have done well with their brisket. So whats on your menu if you would be so kind to take the luxury of your spare time and share?
