holding pulled pork

Know the FEC100 has holding capacity after product is cooked.... can anyone suggest a reasonably priced secondary unit I can use on my trailer....food warmer that will hold product at adequate temp while I continue using FEC 100 cooking more product. No propane onboard trailer so it will have to be electrically powered. Any suggestions would be appreciated. New to the game. Thanks

I would suggest you post this down with the pro forum and the FEC Open.

I would call CS sales and email Fast Eddy with the question.They have been carrying a unit that sounds like what you are asking for.

They usually don't monitor the forums.
