Mine is supposed to ship next week, should I cancel that and reorder to get the discount or just take the one that's already ordered. Decisions decisions.

I'm leaving for deer camp tomorrow, lucky for me the deer in Northern Michigan are more worried about surviving the winter than glow orange dummies in the woods.

That's the way I felt, but my estimated ship date was today and I have not heard a peep. I tried to call this afternoon but they closed early for the holidays and will be closed until Monday. When I ordered I received an email from Karen and near the bottom it says "this estimate expires 11-26-10", so I don't know if I've already lost my place or what. Guess I'll have to wait until Monday to see what's going on. sigh

LOL cal, bears; bat or ball; bug or windshield, this just hasn't been my week.
I have been served a complete meal cooked on one and was very impressed, which is why we decided to purchase. I just thought with Cookshack's reputation for customer service I would have heard something, even if it was telling me there was a delay in my ship date.

If there's going to be a major delay, I'm sure you would have or will. When I ordered my FEs a few years back they were running behind on production, and they notified me of the delay.
I hadn't ordered directly from Cookshack but through a distributor, and they still notified me of the delay.
Between my wife and I we talked to both Stuart and Karen today. Stuart, gracious as ever, explained that there was a delay due to one of their suppliers. Guess I'll have to be patient a little longer. On the other hand, that gives me more time to think of experiments to try once I get it. 
I ordered an Amerique on Nov 29rd and got an email Friday saying that it is shipping today (Dec 6th) and will be delivered on Dec 9th

Sounds like the weekend smoke is at wayne's, last one their has to bring the Labatt's.
My AmeriQue just arrived at work and has been loaded into the bed of my truck. Get off at 2:00 PM EST and will be heading home to get this thing seasoned.

I agree Bubba!...and nothing better than a PB for the first smoke.
My first lesson with my CS,I would be happy to share with you Wayne. There are fat pockets in them PBs and if you get your probe in them, things are just a little weird later in the smoke. Don't sweat just relocate it.
